Cancellation & Booking Policy


We want to make sure everyone enjoys their time with us and that bookings run as smoothly as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change - life happens! To keep things fair and organised for all our wonderful guests, we have set out the guidelines below.

Please take a moment to read through them carefully. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, as these policies help us deliver the best experience for everyone.

  • Group Workshops
    For our one-day group workshops, you can reschedule, cancel, or receive a full refund if you do so at least 7 days before the event.
    For courses longer than one day, cancellations and reschedules are possible up to 14 days before the course starts.
    Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per booking within this timeframe.
    Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling requests made after these deadlines cannot be accepted.
  • One-to-One Workshops
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your one-to-one session, please let us know at least 3 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund or to rearrange.
    Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per booking within this notice period.
    Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable, though we will always do our best to offer a reschedule if possible.
  • Private Group Workshops
    If you need to cancel or change your booking for a private group workshop, please inform us at least 7 days before the session to qualify for a full refund or to rearrange a new date.
    Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per booking within this notice period.
    If you notify us less than 7 days before the workshop, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule if possible.
  • Gift Voucher Policy
    Each gift voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
    Vouchers are non-refundable.
    If you need to reschedule a booking made with a voucher:
    For our one-day group workshops, you can reschedule, cancel, or receive a full refund if you do so at least 7 days before the event.
    For courses longer than one day, reschedules are possible up to 14 days before the course starts.
    For one-to-one session, please let us know at least 3 days before the scheduled date to rearrange.
    Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times per booking within this timeframe.
    Please note, rescheduling requests made outside these periods cannot be accepted.
