Creative Space Terms & Conditions

General
Creative Space at Kostina Art is a self-guided studio session designed for independent art and craft work in a calm, shared environment.
By booking and attending a session, participants agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment
1. All sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Places are limited to keep the space comfortable and are allocated on a first-come basis.
3. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Materials & Equipment
1. Participants are expected to bring their own materials and tools suitable for their project.
2. A small selection of shared studio items such as jars, basic brushes, palettes, and general-use equipment may be available. These are provided as a convenience and cannot be guaranteed. Bringing your own materials ensures you can work comfortably, independently, and without limitation.
3. Strong solvents, hazardous materials, or substances producing strong fumes are not permitted.
4. Kostina Art reserves the right to restrict materials that may affect the safety or comfort of others in the space.

Studio Atmosphere & Conduct
1. Creative Space is designed to be calm and respectful. Quiet conversation is welcome.
2. Participants are asked to be mindful of others sharing the space.
Work areas should be left tidy at the end of the session.
3. In rare circumstances where behaviour disrupts the studio environment, future bookings may be declined.

Health & Safety
1. Participants attend at their own discretion and are responsible for the safe use of their own tools and materials.
2. Any spills, breakages, or hazards should be reported promptly.
3. Kostina Art cannot accept responsibility for injury resulting from the misuse of personal equipment.

Personal Belongings
1. Personal belongings and materials are brought to the studio at the participant’s own risk.
2. Kostina Art cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

Age Policy
Creative Space sessions are suitable for participants aged 16 and over.

Photography
1. From time to time, general photographs of the studio environment may be taken for promotional purposes. These images focus on the atmosphere and space rather than individuals.
2. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let us know at the start of the session and this will be respected.

Changes to Sessions
1. Kostina Art reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to scheduling or to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. If a session is cancelled by the studio, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Refund policy
Creative Space bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred once to another Creative Space session, provided at least 24-hour notice is given before the session start time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are not eligible for transfer or credit.
Missed sessions (no shows) are not refundable or transferable.
Illness & Unexpected Circumstances
It is understood that plans can change unexpectedly. 
While refunds are not available, the 24-hour transfer policy applies in all circumstances to ensure fairness to all participants and to maintain the sustainability of the studio.
Transfers
Transfers apply to Creative Space sessions only and cannot be moved to workshops, courses, or other events at Kostina Art Studio.

Last-Minute Bookings
For same-day bookings arranged manually (via phone, email, text or WhatsApp), standard cancellation terms still apply.
